According to the Times Leader, the Penguins have recalled John Curry and Ben Lovejoy from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
This is Lovejoy's second stint with Pittsburgh this season. He appeared in 11 games for the Pens in November. He had 3 assists. It seems that Brooks Orpik's injury may be worse than we thought.
As for Curry, this is a surprise. Marc-Andre Fleury and Brent Johnson seem fine and I was unaware of any injuries to either of them. This will be Curry's second career call-up, going 2-1-0 in a brief period last year.
