Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Tampa Bay Lightning – Game 61

Who: Pittsburgh Penguins (34-21-5) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning (27-27-6)

Where: Consol Energy Center

When: 1:00 PM EST

Channels: NHLN-US, ROOT Sports

Why does it seem like the Penguins play back to backs every freaking weekend?  Oh, because this will be their fourth straight weekend doing it?  Gotcha.

This is the fourth and final meeting between these two teams and Pittsburgh currently leads the series 2-1.

The Lightning are in sell mode right now, because they are kind of not good.  In fact Steve Downie scored the only two goals in the last meeting and he has been shipped away to Colorado.

That’s fine with me, I hate that pecker head.

Evgeni Malkin had two goals, with Chris Kunitz and Kris Letang adding one each.  Kunitz and Letang both each added two assists and James Neal factored in on three of the four goals too.  A rare Brent Johnson assist happened on that Kunitz goal as well, something we may never see again.
