It had to be Hartnell, huh?
Degeneration X seem to agree with my feeling on “Homeless Hartnell”.
Twas a great game, twith a terrible outcome. Still a point is a point and anyone who expected the Penguins to win every game between now and the end of the season is evil, rotten, and sort of stupid.
But just sort of stupid. They are full on evil and rotten.
Next up is the second incarnation of the team from Winnipeg.
The Jets are right in the thick of things for the playoffs, just four points out of the last spot.
I would almost like to see them snag ONE point in this game, because I hate the Capitals and would love to see them miss the playoffs. I’d also love to see that Joe Mantegna looking bastard, Ted Leonsis, explain why all his fans should still Rock the Red even though their team is sitting at home.
The Pens put up eight freaking goals against Winnipeg last time out. In fact they have now won two straight, after losing the first game to them. They will try to put the season series away tonight, while possibly dashing their playoff hopes.
Dustin Jeffrey, James Neal, Chris Kunitz, Kris Letang (2), Evgeni Malkin, Richard Park, and Jordan Staal all had goals. Seven different players scored a goal? I am impress.
Only seven Pens failed to record a point, and some how six players were minus players.
