Well I have some catching up to do this weekend so here it goes…
Penn State vs. Wisconsin – Friday February 6, 2015 @ 6:30PM ET – TV: BTN
Penn State vs. Wisconsin – Saturday February 7, 2015 @ 2PM ET – TV: American Sports Network (CW15 in Harrisburg-Lancaster-York-Lebanon and MeTV in Johnstown-Altoona-State College / not sure if on around Pittsburgh)
– Big points are up for grabs once again this weekend as Penn State returns to conference play. While Wisconsin has been playing a little better lately, they are still struggling to win games. Penn State hopes to sweep the weekend and keep Michigan close.
– After a rocky appearance at the Three Rivers Classic, losing both games to Robert Morris and Western Michigan, Penn State enters tonight going 4-1-2 in their last 7. They continue to prove that the Pegula Ice Arena is a tough place for opponents to come and play in. Entering tonight, the only loss at home so far has been to Ohio State in the game where Penn State had trailed 4-0. With a sweep, it would be nice to improve the conference record to 7-2-1 and 10-1-3 at home. A win tonight would give the team 14 wins on the season, which would be most for a season in their young D1 life.
